Staffing Project Methodology

Precision Recruiting, Inc. (PRI) utilizes a proven 14-step recruitment process to satisfy clients’ staffing requirements. The following is just an outline. Prospective clients may contact PRI for a full detailed version of this process.


PRI’s 14-Step Recruitment Process:

1. Perform a Needs Analysis.

2. Determine how to best present the opportunity in the marketplace.

3. Create an internal “white paper”.

4. Research companies and candidates.

5. Conduct in-depth candidate interviews.

6. Present Candidates.

7. Prepare candidates for the first interview with the client.

8. Prepare the client for the first interview.

9. Debrief candidates post interview(s).

10. Perform in-depth reference checks (confidential reference checks, if possible).

11. Pre-position the offer to the candidate.

12. Consult around the counter offer.

13. Remain in contact with the client and the new hire.

14. Request client references at the end of each contract assignment.
